The capsules
What's in the bag?
180 capsules of one freeze-dried organ. The capsule is gelatin. No fillers.
How many do I take?
6 a day with food. That is 4,500 mg of organ, so one bag lasts 30 days.
Liver or heart?
Liver is the most nutrient-dense: vitamin A, B12, folate and copper. Heart is the richest food source of CoQ10. Many people take both.
Beef or bison?
The nutrients are close. Bison comes from smaller herds. Pick the one you like.
Who should check with a doctor first?
Liver contains preformed vitamin A (retinol). Do not take more than 6 capsules a day. Ask your doctor first if you are pregnant, nursing or trying to conceive. Ask first if you take blood thinners or a vitamin A supplement, or if you have a diagnosed condition.

Where are the farms?
Family farms in Missouri and the Midwest. All of it is raised in the USA.
Is it really 100% grass-fed?
Yes. Pasture-raised and grass-finished. No grain, ever.
Hormones or antibiotics?
No added hormones. No routine antibiotics.
Any certifications?
Not yet. We would rather tell you that than show a badge we have not earned.
